Registration and membership
The registration form collects your name, email, contact number, session choice, training goal, experience and optional equipment information. TF360 uses these details to administer membership, payments and joining instructions. Please keep medical details out of the form.
Payments
PayFast handles payment details. TF360 receives payment and subscription information needed to administer your membership; the TF360 registration form does not collect your card details.
Contact and WhatsApp
Using a WhatsApp link opens WhatsApp. Your message reaches Ellis when you send it. WhatsApp and PayFast handle information under their own policies. Challenge-update requests are optional and can be withdrawn by replying STOP.
Member reviews
The review form collects a display name, private email address, rating, training duration and review text, with your permission to publish. Approved reviews show the display name, rating, duration, review text and submission date. Your email address is not shown publicly. Membership verification is handled privately by Ellis.
Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may hold spam, abusive content, identifying information about other people or unrelated content. Constructive criticism is welcome. Contact Ellis to request a correction or removal of your review.
Website storage
The membership and review forms use temporary security cookies to protect submissions. The optional challenge checklist stores progress in your browser on that device; it is not a coach attendance record. Clearing browser storage removes that checklist.
Optional website analytics
Updated 9 October 2026. If you choose Accept analytics, TF360 uses Google Analytics to measure public page visits and clicks on Join and WhatsApp buttons. Google receives device and browser information, page paths and a cookie-based identifier. Google may process this information outside South Africa. We do not send registration details, names, emails, phone numbers, payment details or URL query strings through this tracking. Private membership and payment pages are excluded.
Choose Essential only to use the site without analytics. Your choice is stored in this browser. You can change it using Cookie settings in the footer; declining stops future collection in this browser and removes our Google Analytics cookies where accessible. It does not erase information already collected. How Google uses information from sites using its services.
Access and questions
Contact Ellis to ask about information held about you, request a correction or request deletion. Some membership or payment information may need to be retained for administration or applicable obligations; Ellis can explain the position for your request.
